I am a certified business coach and mentor with a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship. Born and raised in Surrey, UK, I grew up in an entrepreneurial family where my parents built and ran multiple businesses together, immersing me early in the world of business and shaping my natural curiosity for entrepreneurship.
At just eight years old, I launched my first small venture, a free children’s library outside my parents’ grocery shop, used as a “loss leader” to attract interest in my stall. I embarked on a simple initiative, selling raffle tickets for small prizes. These early experiences sparked my passion for creativity, innovation, and business.

From studying business in school to gaining hands-on experience running my first UK startup, my entrepreneurial journey continued when I moved to Lanzarote at 21, where I co-founded multiple companies. LanzaroteRetreats.com continues to grow from strength to strength and is in the hands of our oldest son, Joshua Braddock. This has made a space for me to take a back seat and dedicate my time to Coaching and Mentoring. I am passionate about business and have always been drawn to helping businesses grow and succeed. I combine my natural business acumen with formal coaching expertise to guide entrepreneurs and small business owners to clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
Alongside my business journey, I reached a personal crossroads where I felt I had lost myself after years of prioritising family and work commitments. This turning point led me into a period of deep self-reflection and personal growth, where I reconnected with my identity, purpose, and direction

In 2017, I completed the Executive and Organisations Coaching Certificate, formally qualifying as a professional coach. Since then, I have worked with numerous clients globally, from Lanzarote startups to international businesses offering bespoke 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and strategic business guidance.
Today, I combine lived experience with professional expertise to support clients through life reset coaching and business coaching & mentoring, helping them gain clarity, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful, sustainable success.
